Taking a screenshot

If you're reporting a bug, a screenshot is worth at least a thousand words of description. Here's how:

iPhone or iPad with Face ID

Press the side button and volume up at the same time, then release. The screen flashes, and a thumbnail appears in the corner.

iPhone or iPad with a Home button

Press the Home and side (or top) button together, then release.

Then send it along

1. Tap the thumbnail (or find the shot in Photos › Screenshots).
2. Tap the share button and choose Mail.
3. Address it to support@regularrateandrhythm.com (or support@rowmote.com for Rowmote) with a line about what you expected to see.
